What is UnProp.com?

We are a very unique unclaimed property search business.  We employ the social media websites you love to use in order to notify you of free cash!  The phrase “UnProp” is short for “UNclaimed PROPerty.”

What is the mission of your company?

We have several missions in mind during the course of business:

  1. We want to educate our visitors about unclaimed property.
  2. We want to notify and refer our visitors to where their name is listed in unclaimed money websites.
  3. We want to assist our customers with the tools necessary to accurately claim those monies.
  4. We want our visitors to spread the word about our services.
  5. We want to build our network by recruiting volunteers to be fellow “cash finders.”
  6. We want to help our fellow finder businesses by exposing the growing stockpiles of money and property held by our governments.
  7. Bottom line:  We want to return money to YOU!

Who are the people behind UnProp.com?

We are simply good-natured and kind-hearted people who took a passionate and rewarding hobby and transformed it into a public resource project guide available to everyone on the internet.

Where is your business based?

The Quad-Cities area is a metropolitan area situated on the Mississippi River between Iowa and Illinois.  We are proud to live where “the river runs sideways.”

When did you start your work in unclaimed property?

We began researching U.P. databases and searching for rightful owners in 1999.  We created the website in 2010.

Why are you performing these services for FREE?

We believe this is our unique way to donate our time, resources and energy to a good and noteworthy cause.  We feel like we are donating the huge amounts of money we find right back to the people who truly need it.
